Invivoscribe offers LeukoStrat® FLT3-ITD MRD, NPM1 MRD, KMT2A + MRD, and LymphoTrack Assays for Research Use Only (RUO); not for use in diagnostic procedures. LymphoTrack® Assays are NGS-based targeted kits for IGHV Leader, IGH FR1/2/3, TRG and TRB loci. LymphoTrack and LeukoStrat FLT3-ITD MRD and NPM1 MRD Assays may be used with Illumina’s MiSeq, MiSeq i100, NextSeq and Complete Genomics DNBSEQ-G99 platforms. LeukoStrat KMT2A + MRD Assay is a digital PCR assay for use with Roche’s Digital LightCycler® System.
